The room was OK. It didn't seem to be located in a really safe place. We had 2 little dogs and it showed $10.00 each and they charged me $15.00 each. It isn't a big deal except for not charging what it showed. The man that checked me in wasn't very nice. I'll be making this trip pretty often but I won't be staying there anymore. The ARC Hotel is higher but its worth the difference.

This was a gem right in the middle of downtown Ft Smith. Art everywhere. I would stay here again. Clean, friendly staff. Was on my motorcycle and felt safe.

The room we had was on the front , it sounded like drag racing all night , and that really cut into my sleep. But the room was clean and comfy, the gal at the counter was nice . I think I would stay there again in a different room away from the street
