First off hotel.com messed up the reservation and put the wrong phone number on one room so I had to argue with the front desk. He said I only had one room.

The smell of the room was so strong and awful that it stayed on our clothes. We slept on top of the bedding instead of under the covers. There were stains on the pillows and comforter, black hair on the walls in the bathroom, the floors were not mopped and the light fixture between the beds was dirty. We did NOT shower in that bathroom because with the smell of the room how could we be sure the shower was actually cleaned. The front desk attendant was lovely.

The only reason this hotel did NOT receive a POOR rating was that some of the staff were professional and courteous. There is NO rainfall showerhead - not that we cared, but someone might. There were NO toiletries other than 2 cheap bars of soap. I'm still trying to figure out if the bug guts on the wall were a bonus. The room smelled so strongly of Pine Sol that we had to leave the door open upon arriving. Turns out the floor was wiped with it, BUT NEVER RINSED!! I wiped the floors down to kill the stench (because Pine Sol can be overpowering), and the FLOORS WERE FILTHY! We asked for 2 QUEEN beds, but we received 2 FULL beds INSTEAD. And the morning we checked out, our key cards quit working. When we told the woman at the front desk, she argued that they worked on her machine. I couldn't care less. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
