The bed was very comfortable. We had to go get our own towels 2 days. I don’t mind reusing those but they only give you a washrag per person they say every 2 days. But our room wasn’t done 2 days straight. The one day it was cleaned they took all towels and left none. The phone started making noises through speaker in night so we unplugged it. The last night the elevator smelled so strong of weed and so did hallway and we smelled it all night in room.

The room had terrible lighting. One light bulb was burned out, the TV would not work and when they "fixed" it, you had to use the input button the the remote to work it. Very difficult. The mechanism on the heater/cooler didn't work well and we had to have someone look at it. I have never been in a hotel room that had such poor lighting. Only one light in the bathroom which shown behind the mirror. They used so much disinfectant that the complete hotel had an odor. Would never stay again and would NOT recommend.

Clean room, A/C was good. A continental breakfast plus eggs, sausage pancakes. Good stay. Only drawback if it is a concern is that the side door had no lock. When i asked abou5 it out of curiosity it was said it had been that way sor some time. Ot was electronic lock but not working and anyone can just pull open the door to go in. There is still locks on guests rooms so was not a concern for me but it might be for ladies traveling alone.

⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ — Mixed Experience When we arrived, we were greeted by one of the friendliest hotel employees I have ever met. She asked great questions, and we ended up having a meaningful conversation about education. She comes from an education background, and I’ve recently started working in that field myself, so it was a memorable and positive interaction. Her kindness was the highlight of our stay. However, once we got to our room, things took a different turn. The hotel itself felt a bit sketchy, with visible damage to the furniture and walls. While the room wasn’t extremely dirty, the overall condition raised some concerns. As we always do, we checked the bedding and mattress for signs of pests or bed bugs and didn’t immediately see any issues. What I am about to say is not a reflection of the wonderful employee who checked us in. After we got home, my wife began experiencing intense itching on her scalp. She was later diagnosed with lice. In 12 years of marriage, this is the first time she has ever dealt with lice, and our children were not with us on this trip. I am also bald, so we know it didn’t come from our household. Because of the timing and the condition of the room, we can’t help but suspect that the lice came from the hotel. We truly appreciated the kindness of the staff, but unfortunately, the condition of the room and the aftermath of our stay will make us think twice before booking here again.
