A beautiful hotel. Great staff too! We had a small issue with the A/C in our original room. They quickly and seamlessly upgraded us to another room and we were on our way. Our room was nice, comfortable and so clean. Breakfast was nice and the lobby area comfortable and welcoming.

Upon check-in, after a six hour flight and one and half our drive from Fayetteville, Arkansas, I was greeted with a smile. I apologize that I can't remember his name...he greeted us with a infectious smile. I so love smiles and good customer service. I checked out sleeplessly approximately around 6:00am and was greeted with another smile. Her smile brought sunshine to my heavy heart in the dark. The staff here are AMAZING!!!! I had broken my foot before our trip to Fort Smith and my foot was so swollen. The front desk assisted me with ice and ice packs... wow. We could not ask for better customer service!! Could not ask for better cleaning staff!!! Would recommend this place to everyone!
