The hotel was contemporary inside and out. Lots of common space with comfortable seating on the main level. The room was spacious and clean, with enough outlets and ports to satisfy us. Wifi was easy to access and seemed fast enough for general use (browsing/email). The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was above the standard fare with a grill for hot food.

The Element Hotel in Fort Smith made our stay truly comfortable. The rooms were clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and the overall environment felt fresh and welcoming. LOVED our stay! We noticed Many things that we liked. Here are a few: Mini sitting areas around the lobby, Lots of power outlets throughout the room, Kitchenette and amenities in the room, Shower control on the opposite wall, Light above the shower, bedroom side tables, Padded headboard, Blackout roller shades & privacy blinds, Light sensors in closet, Two sinks, Variety of lighting options, Coffee/Cocoa flavors station in the lobby, and Awesome holiday decor! Overall observation is that this place is Very Well thought out in the details everywhere. Add to all this the kind staff, and this location is an easy addition to our favorites list!
