Great house and perfect location for the beach, local restaurants and bars! Loved having the pool area to relax by but just wished the hot tub jets would have been working. Otherwise, a fantastic stay and definitely would book again if I was in the area!

Not happy but made the best of the stay

We arrived the last guest I guess were rather rambunctious. The cleaning person was still there. She was a very nice and accommodating person. Nothing to do with her, but as we settled in, there’s no TVs in the room, except for the master bedroom and the television in the living room off the kitchen did not work could not use it tried everything we could to get it turned on, the drawer underneath the TV was full of someone else’s sandals and shoes wire gadgets. Everything else tried repeatedly to speak to the owner of the property could not reach anyone on Friday late afternoon after chatting with Verbo, and they put me in contact with the owners of the property I explain what was happening , they said they were in Jacksonville and would not be able to come down but would have someone there the next day to rectify the issue. No one showed up no one called nobody really cared. We made the best of it but sometimes at the beginning of peoples days, middle of the day for that nap or end of day Television works and that TV did not work or help with anything . We are people that try to make the best of any situation we are in, but the property itself was very antiquated outside by the pool should have some type of table so that you have a place to sit outside, possibly an umbrella because the sun gets very strong, but again those are management decisions, not trying to impose cost on anybody but those are the type of things that people that are trying to be on vacation and relax
