Staff was awesome! AC unit was on it's last leg but kept us cool. Restaurant that was attached was very good. Balcony door needed to be replaced was very hard to open and close.

When we arrived, office was closed and remained closed the entire weekend! My room was dirty, sheets and bedding dirty, floor had some yellow stains, I had to clean! My roommate was eating alive by some bugs in the room and beddings! I tried to go to the office multiple times and closed! My roommate even hit his head and ended up with a huge bump on his head with a piece of concrete that had no warning signs...sliding door jams, broke my nails trying to open and close since there is no handle on it! nobody showed up during our stay for housekeeping! I sent pics to the administration with no outcome since they blamed me for not reporting it on time...lol!! sad place to rent!! Administration doesnt care!
