HOA requires property to be rented a minimum of three (3) months. Property is available for longer terms and yearly. Monthly rental rate based on a one (1) year rental will save approximately 20%.

The pictures of this nicely-appointed apartment on VRBO were very accurate and we enjoyed the heated pool and being able to walk right out to the beach. We appreciated that the area is not commercialized and is quiet with very little traffic on the road in front of the condo. This condo has very relaxed resort-like atmosphere. However, it is not a resort - it is a condo, and as such it has many, many rules that will make it unsuitable for some. Also, this particular building will be undergoing a state-mandated inspection and repair of the balconies starting in December 2026 and potential renters should be aware that it would mean noise and dust during that time.
