"She went up and above out of her way to make sure there was no damage to the property before we flew there for our vacation. It was right after the hurricane she sent pictures and videos and very good at communications. Even know her home was damaged from the hurricane and she was going through all of that at the same time."

"Thought the property was a great location with Gulf and bay less than 200 yards apart. Booking process with Southern rental a little intrusive compared to most. Overall a great stay especially if you want to visit Fort Pickens during your stay."

"Great location, tons of beds, and great amenities! Perfect communication between the owner and I. We were supposed to be leaving the day after hurricane Isaias and had to leave early, we were refunded right away for nights we didn't use. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
