Beautiful, newly renovated, and fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in Heron Pointe in Lake Suzy, Florida. Enjoy the views of Lake Pookiehatchie from every window! Brand new kitchen with granite countertops includes all the dishes, utensils, kitchenware, toaster, crock pots, and a Keurig K-cup coffee maker and a regular coffee maker that you will need to make yourself feel at home. Internet is provided along with a large 50 inch TV with Roku ready for you to binge watch your favorite shows in the living room and a 45 inch TV with Roku in the Master Bedroom. Master bedroom has an motorized adjustable queen bed and 2 bedroom has 2 twin beds. Enjoy your coffee on your northern facing balcony as you watch the sun rise and set. The lake is home to great blue herons, ibis, egrets, anhingas, turtles, and gators! Each room has been tastefully furnished in tropical furnishings for you to enjoy your stay in comfort. Also included is an in-unit washer and dryer.

Heron Pointe Condos have a beautiful pool, bocce ball courts, and shuffleboard. Check Facebook for weekly activities. Lake Suzy is just minutes from Walmart, restaurants, hotels, and Interstate 75, 15 minutes to the Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda Beaches, 30 minutes to Gulf beaches.

Loved the home and how friendly the neighbor was. Now be warned they do not want any motorcycles there. That’s a HOA community. Other than having some lady come up to me constantly complaining about the bike I had an amazing stay, the home is beautiful the lake in the back makes for a wonderful view. Host was responsive and friendly. Overall loved it there definitely would stay again.

Excellent location and service

Spent two months here. Great location, quiet, yet close to everything. Didn't have to contact Michelle very often, but when we had a question, she responded immediately. Our favorite gator made daily appearances. :). Definitely recommend.

Convenient and accommodating

Wife and I were in a situation where we needed a fairly long term place to stay (6 weeks) on very short notice. This property met our needs and provided a quiet place to stay. Property owner was extremely accommodating and available on short notice. Overall pleasant experience and pleased with the accommodations within its price point. Would recommend.
