Welcome to Villa Sunshine! Just a matter of minutes to both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, this 3/2 pool villa is the perfect home for larger groups or families looking to get away and enjoy all SWFL has to offer in comfortable and spacious accommodations.



The Space:

This home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms situated across more than 2,500 square feet of air conditioned space. With a large living room and family room, air conditioned Florida room, and fully equipped chef's kitchen, guests will feel a sense of comfort and convenience when staying at Villa Sunshine. In terms of the bedrooms, this home features the following configurations:



Master Bedroom: King Bed

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed

Bedroom 3: Double Bed



The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub. The guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that features a walk in shower and pool access. This bathroom doubles as the pool bathroom.



The home features a large two car garage, washer and dryer room, high speed wifi, and a heated pool and integrated spa.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property, garage, and pool/spa.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in the Winkler Extension area of Fort Myers. Extremely close to hospitals and all Fort Myers has to offer, it is an incredible location.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must complete a rental agreement.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as often as needed but provide guests the space they desire to enjoy their vacation in privacy.
