Host was very responsive. The house was smaller than anticipated as pictures made seem larger. Some inconveniences such as one bedroom didn’t have tv, another had a tv but not hooked up to anything so was unusable, outdoor furniture was moldy and worn. The mattress in the largest bedroom needs to be updated as there are indents on each side with a hump in the middle. The bedroom with all the bunkbeds is small and doesn’t have any space for the suitcases for those staying in that room. Luckily for us we have one kid in each bunkbed so they slept on the top and put their suitcases on the bottom bunks. The front door needs to be pushed on from the outside when locking the door to leave as the slot for the deadbolt doesn’t align when not pulled on. This means when looking the door at night from inside you have to pull the handle to lock the door and align the bolt and slot. The kitchen materials could be updated; example the pans for cooking were all peeling and coming off into the food that was being cooked. There were also left over open condiments in the refrigerator and left over items in BRs, personally I don’t want to have other peoples leftover items however this could just be personal preference. The ice machine in the freezer was not hooked up and was located on top of the refrigerator. House was in a decent neighborhood, convenient to restaurants and beaches. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Kids enjoyed the pool however was smaller than anticipated based on pictures.
