Welcome to our getaway at Bellasol in Fort Meyers, Florida. The top floor unit is bright and airy and has two bedrooms and two full baths. Upon walking in, you will find and open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling above the living room and dining room. The living room has large TV and cable. The kitchen, which is very well appointed, opens up to the dining room and has a breakfast bar. Off the living room, there is a screened-in lanai with chairs and a table to unwind in the afternoon or evening. The master suite, located off the living room has a king size bed (premium mattress), a dedicated master bath and a TV with cable. The second large bedroom also has a king size bed and lots of closet space. There is a third bonus room that is not furnished as a bedroom (reading room/office with a nice table for games). The second full bath is located down the hall from the second bedroom. There is a full-size pantry located off the kitchen that houses the clothes washer and dryer. There is a one car garage that is located directly below the unit and has a dedicated door to the interior of the unit at the base of the private entrance. Bellasol has an in-ground pool and clubhouse that are available for use and are located 200 feet from the front door of the condo. There is also a fitness center that is available near the pool. WiFi is available at the condo and the clubhouse.

The Bellasol community is conveniently located near shopping and dining options. Charming downtown Ft. Meyers is located 5.6 miles away. Estero and Fort Meyers Beach are 17 miles away. The beautiful white sand beaches of Sanibel and Captiva islands are half an hour away.
