This home boast 4 bedrooms & 3 full baths. Onsite amenities include; kids splash pad, large resort pool, lap pool, hot tub, indoor/outdoor bar & restaurant, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, Fitness center, saunas, Kids arcade, indoor volleyball/basketball, putting green!

**Pet's are NOT allowed.** Approved guests on the reservations only, unless prior permission granted. **No parties or events at the property.

**The main booking renters will need to sign a Timber Creek community rule/rental agreement form sent over upon booking request, please note: This is required to be signed PRIOR to your booking being finalized & confirmed** *Garage is not available, main property only*
