The room was great but evening time was very noisy from the Tiki Bar...did not bother us much. Parking was very bad and can only park one car. The Karaoke at the Tiki Bar was fun. Margaritaville across the street. Close by to Sanibel Island

Website pictures are deceiving, half of the hotel is NOT remodeled, sofa couch was extremely uncomfortable, refrigerator was set on the coldest temp but definitely did not keep things cold. Our floooring in the room was buckling and cracking. Room smelled musty. If you want to party hard, this is the hotel for you! If you have a family with small children, definitely not the hotel for you. People park in non-parking spots making it difficult for other guests to exit the property. Our first day arriving, a female working in the main tiki bar was NOT friendly and acted like we were more of a nuisance than anything. I've stayed in this hotel in the past hence the reason why we came back last time however, I will not be returning. Was definitley looking forward to this vacation but was extremely let down.

Great staff! Best hotel on Ft. Myers Beach and even better now after Hurricane Ian renovations as they expanded their second poolside area and added a new bar there too. Been staying and hanging out here for over two decades and it keeps getting better..
