Gorgeous 1910 Bungalow restored with modern touches and nestled among the lush mature landscaping for the perfect private retreat. Large windows and stunning architectural awnings make for an inviting and unique spot for those that want to experience Downtown to its fullest. Lovely original period details like the gorgeous french doors in both the formal living room and formal dining room, hardwood floors, high ceilings, clawfoot tub retain the character of this early 1900's home. This two bedrooms one bath home includes a beautifully renovated kitchen w/access to a large covered patio for relaxing and outdoor entertaining. The Master bedroom includes a queen bed, dresser, and a closet with plenty of hanging storage. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, dresser, and closet as well. We are 17 miles to the beaches!
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
