This family friendly 3-bedroom 2 bath home is in a prime neighborhood between the Historic District of Downtown Fort Myers and the beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, & Fort Myers Beach. For the golfers, the home is walking distance to the Edison Country Club golf course which is open to the public. For the kiddos, there is a neighborhood park next door with walking paths and sidewalks throughout. You are 3 miles from downtown and 10 miles from the sunny beaches. There is a huge fenced in backyard, lots of room for your furry friend, a fire pit, workout post if you want to bring your TRX, screened in patio, and an open floor plan. The newly renovated Fort Myers Aquatic Center is also only 1.4 miles away for your enjoyment.

LIVING AREA:
When you walk through the front door you will find yourself in an open kitchen and dining area. In the Kitchen you will have stainless steel appliances and all the necessities needed to cook a home cooked meal. The kitchen flows into the cozy living room equipped with a smart tv and fast wi-fi.

BACKYARD:
Through the backdoor you walk into a family sized enclosed patio with outdoor furniture, hammocks, a grill, and outdoor sink. The yard is very spacious and fenced in completely for your furry companions!

MASTER BEDROOM:
The master has a full bath attached to the room, equipped with a queen size bed and space for clothes, etc. The full bath has a tiled walk-in shower.
