Guest room has a queen bed, a dresser a nightstand and flat screen TV.

Guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

Large kitchen with all new full size appliances, pantry, washer and dryer, all kitchen essentials including small appliances, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery and a pass thru dining bar with 2 bar stools.

Living room features glass sliding doors opening to the lanai that runs the length of the living room, with a beautiful view of the lake; inviting and comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with cable.

Colonial Country Club is a gated community with a 18- hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis with a driving range and putting green, that also offers many other amenities: a full service clubhouse with lake and golf course views, a tennis program which includes eight Har-Tru tennis courts, two hard courts, and a full-service tennis pro shop located in the Community Center, a resort swimming pool and Jacuzzi, a large deck area for sunning and lounging, a poolside Snack Bar, indoor private fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, along with aerobics room, private massage rooms, meeting room, crafts room, book exchange library and business center. The community also features neighborhood parks and nature trails for walking and biking.

Social membership transfer required to allow guests to access the Country Club dining, tennis, fitness center, activities and resort pool. Dining and beverage costs are not included in membership transfer. Limited golf tee times up to 3 days advance notice and subject to availability.
