Convenient location
Nice little place for the two of us. We enjoyed many pleasant walks north to the downtown and riverfront area, and east toward the Edison Winter Estate and along McGregor. Easy to drive to the various places we went for golfing, shopping, spring training baseball, etc. We were initially surprised to learn of the studio apartment right behind our space on the property, but the tenant was quiet, respectful and usually away during normal workday hours. We didn’t park in the carport to better accommodate the two vehicles which worked just fine. The neighborhood felt safe and it was nice and quiet at night. Vanessa was extremely prompt to respond to all messages. We enjoyed our two weeks there.

Comfortable Cottage feel
This was our first "Snowbird" adventure. Our stay was 2 months. We were extremely grateful for the gracious welcome of our lovely hosts. They were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating during our length of stay. This is a great location regarding the proximity to Ft Myers and Cape Coral venues especially the Ft Myers downtown events. The newly remodeled home has a quaint, cottage feel with every modern convenience. Comfortably clean. Wonderful stay. Awesome hosts. Would recommend.
