Perfect for short-term, monthly, or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, stylish furnishings, and a dedicated workspace. The community is brand new and still under active construction, including areas of the exterior grounds and access roads that may currently be unpaved or unmarked. During this time, only the resort-style pool and fitness center are open.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
