The carpets and the place in general is not clean. I go here every month and I always get a congested nose and my eyes itch so much because this place is so dusty and full of dirty carpets. They need to be replaced. The place in general is not clean. I’m not staying here anymore.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet daily was fine. Lobby and rooms are worn and could use a deep clean and refurbish. Location UA very convenient and easily accessible. Ample parking. Price is affordable.

Maybe I expected too much from you “Hyatt”, but I am not satisfied this time. The AC and bathroom making noise all night long, the carpet is very dirty and smell so bad, the bathroom ceiling is low and lightning not bright enough, which makes people feel very oppressive.

Stores & food places close. Although they need to fix the door key pad on the back of the hotel that was close to our room. We either had to put a rock to hold it open or use a door a little farther away. They also need to fix the air unit in 146 it makes a lot of noise! The toilet lid kept coming undone. But it was a nice hotel and the breakfast was good! The staff was friendly. DON’T USE THE WASHING MACHINE or DRYER because THEY HAD RUST & AFTER 45 MINUTES OUR 2 BEACH TOWELS WERE STILL WET!! I asked to see if they could finish drying them for us because I already wasted $3.00 & they said their dryers were full. ALSO Need to turn up the Heat for taking showers, Brrr!! I would recommend this hotel
