Very disappointed for a $200 night hotel and also be in a Hyatt. This place needs a complete remodel, the carpet throughout the whole place, and including the rooms is ripped and stained everywhere.

Absolutely horrible! Staff is so inconsiderate I was placed in a room right next to a staff only unit which I assumed was a laundry unit. I was woken up every morning of my stay by loud conversations in creole and Spanish there’s no consideration of your guest at this hotel. I am very dissatisfied with a Hyatt Place. Will not be staying at the Hyatt place in the future.

I booked a 4 night stay and arrived late the first night. After getting to my room I was shocked at how dirty and worn out the hotel is. I assumed that a $200 a night room at the Hyatt place would be great but this is a $60 a night place. The carpet has stains like a mechanic lived in it and gum stuck in the carpet. The couch also was super dirty. The entire hotel needs a complete re-carpet and remodel. They don’t even have the pride to wash the exterior and it has green algae on the side of the building below the Hyatt sign. They did move me rooms after the first night and it was a little cleaner, but still extremely worn out with stand-up carpet that’s frayed everywhere. I 100% will never stay here again and I question if I want to continue booking through Hotels.com because it’s almost impossible to cancel or change.

The entire hotel felt dirty. The carpet was worn. Bathroom needed new caulk and tile scrubbed. The worst part of our stay was the sectional sofa. It absolutely smelled awful. The arms were so dirty and caked with junk. I put a sheet over it just to sit on it. The worst part was my son had to sleep on it. We were traveling and needed to get somewhere by a certain time so I didn’t have time to talk at check out about my dislike for the stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until it has a complete remodel.
