Room was very clean, staff attentive. Ive stayed here several times. First time I have experienced so much noise. I was on the 1st floor this time.The room next to me was crazy loud.I woke up thinking someone was in my room and I could hear the ladies full blown conversation, Tv..and whomever else was coughing for bout an hour or so. This hotel that has connecting room options clearly needs something done to not hear all that. JUST an FYI.

From desk staff unfriendly and not helpful with info. Two times when I called from the airport requesting a shuttle the person who answered the phone said hello and I asked if this was the Hilton they said yes and then just hung up third time was a charm. I want to believe that this person was new in this position. Maybe a staff orientation meeting or something should be held with the staff.
