This monthly home on a canal will be a great stay for your future Fort Myers Beach vacation! The home comes stocked with everything you need for your stay including a fully equipped kitchen with amazing marble countertops. Relax on the lawn facing the canal or enjoy a meal in the large lanai.



This home also has access to two beach cruiser bikes, head down to the Times Square area and take in the beautiful views on your ride or visit the newly opened Margaritaville! We're always thinking of new ways to enjoy your vacation, reach out and we can always provide you with must-dos and day trips!



Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. With 4 Bedrooms and a max occupancy of 8, the whole family will have a place to stay!

This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect. Large, airy, comfortable furniture, in a quiet neighborhood right on a canal. We sat on the dock every single day and watched the dolphins, jumping fish, pelicans and boats go by.
