The location of this property was PERFECT for us. It was a quiet neighborhood that was just a short walk from the bustling street and beach. The space in the home and pool area was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Communication back from the host was a little slow. A few of the drawbacks were having a dirty floor, dirty bed skirt, and no drain in the jacuzzi tub on the third floor bedroom. The room by the pool had unfinished electrical work and trim work, but provided a good place for respite while we were at the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Fort Meyer's Beach and were happy with our accommodations.
