This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium has WiFi available and there is a laundry facility on the property with a heated pool. On Fort Myers Beach, there is something for everyone to do. You can kayak, go deep sea fishing, paraglide, bike the island and much more.



This lovely beachfront unit is located at the South end of the island near Villa Santini Plaza and restaurants.



There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48 hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.



There is a 28-day minimum for all rentals. This property is restricted to monthly rentals. Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals available. Mid-month arrival or departure must be approved prior to rental. The minimum age to rent is 25.



This property is on a physical key. You will need to pick up keys at our office at 2001 Estero Blvd. Fort Myers Beach to gain access to this property.
