Lovely beachfront unit is located at the South end of Fort Myers Beach Island near Villa Santini Plaza and restaurants.



The Space:

This two bedroom, two bathroom condominium has a queen sized bed with a private bathroom and the other bedroom has two twin beds. Also, available is your own private balcony and a shared pool. WiFi is available and there is a laundry facility on the property.



There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48 hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.



This property is restricted to monthly rentals. Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals available. Mid-month arrival or departure must be approved prior to rental. The minimum age to rent is 25.



This property is on a physical key. You will need to pick up keys at our office at 2001 Estero Blvd. Fort Myers Beach to gain access to this property.
