This complex is unique in that you can swim in the largest, heated gulf-front pool on Fort Myers Beach. This is a DIRECT GULF FRONT CONDO, overlooking miles of beautiful white sands, a nearby natural preserve, aquamarine waters, and breathtaking sunsets over the gulf. If you are in the mood to walk or jog, explore the seven miles of beach or head South, to find tons of shells and dolphin sightings.

Across from this condominium there is a marina where you can rent a boat and explore miles of coastal backwaters or enjoy a shopping center with dining, shopping, and entertainment. There is also a charming trolley, which will take you anywhere from the northern tip of Fort Myers Beach pier or south into Bonita Springs. Fine and casual dining and shopping is abundant.

Please leave condominium in condition as it was upon arrival. All used items (towels, sheets, dishes, etc.) must be washed, other than last night's necessary usage.
Please return two sets of keys and one parking pass to the kitchen coutertop. Please lock the door and return one key to the lockbox, located adjacent to the front door.
