Wake up to the sound of the waves, sip your morning coffee on the private screened lanai, and spend your days soaking up the Florida sunshine on the sugar-white sands just steps from your door. After a day at the beach, unwind in the comfortable living area, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Unit 902 Highlights: Located on the 9th floor. Direct Gulf-front, corner unit. Sleeps up to 5 guests. 2 Bedrooms (Primary room: King. Guest room: Queen bed) 2 Bathrooms. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. In-unit washer and dryer. Beach towels, chairs, and other beach essentials.

As a guest of Caper Beach Club, you'll enjoy direct access to the sugar-white sands of Fort Myers Beach, a heated beachfront pool, tennis and pickleball courts, barbecue grills, elevators, on-site management, and convenient parking. Located on the quieter south end of the island, the resort is approximately one mile from Times Square and just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. During the high season (November through April), guests can also take advantage of the free Fort Myers Beach Tram, making it easy to explore the island without driving.

Please Note: Caper Beach Club is a smoke-free property for all rental guests. Smoking is prohibited in all units and common areas, including screened lanais.

Perfect

I would recommend this property to anyone. Gorgeous views, convenient location to everything in FMB, and the condo was very well appointed with everything you need. Definitely a 5 star property.

Great location and enjoyable stay.

This was our first time at the property and will plan to book again for next year. The unit was as described and offered many additions to supplement our stay. Check in was a bit of an issue as they had a first responder event just before we checked in that seemed to have the team pretty scattered, but eventually got squared away and into the unit. Will recommend to others based on our stay, and likely back for our annual vacation!

Well appointed with perfect location

We have vacationed in Ft Myers Beach for more than 20 years, but have always stayed on the far south end of the island. Everything on the south end remains under repair, so we decided to try further north. I was worried that the location would be too noisy, but it was the perfect location. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, and was very clean. It will take years for FMB to fully recover, but there is still lots to do during a stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we rented for a two week stay in February exceeded our expectations. The condo was very comfortable and appeared to be newly renovated. It included everything we could possibly need to make our stay enjoyable. Our view was exceptional from sunrise to sunset. The beach was expansive with beautiful shells and the pool was very enjoyable. Condo owners that were on-site were very friendly and welcoming. The management company (Dianne) was extremely pleasant, helpful and addressed any of our needs. I would highly recommend Caper Beach Club as a great place to relax, enjoy great weather and spend time with very friendly residents and guests.
