Beautifully situated with views overlooking the pool and the Gulf, Unit #313 provides all the comforts of home. The living area is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and love seat in the living area, with occasional chairs and tables with lamps. A 65” flat screen TV with cable services including HD channels is also in the living area. Enjoy the picturesque view of the pool and the gulf from the inside. Step out on to the screened balcony to enjoy the relaxing loungers or snack at the table and chairs while enjoying the magnificent view.

Both bedrooms provide privacy. Each has their own bathroom, ample closet space, and flat screen HDTV. The master has a king size bed, and a wonderful view of the gulf. The second bedroom has a queen bed.

A nicely equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space is provided to meet every need for dining in. A bar between the kitchen and dining area provides additional seating. Also provided in the unit is a full size washer and dryer.

Spring Break 2025
