Great house; great location; great hosts! The communication with the hosts was excellent (from the time of booking until the time that we checked out). My inquiries were answered in a timely manner (when you have a large group of people everyone has a separate question). The house was clean, as listed, updated/modern with a Florida Keys touch, had everything that we needed, etc. The house is less than a block to the beach, so being able to avoid paying for parking was great. It's only a 3 minute walk away! We had a wonderful stay and we would definitely book here again. Thanks so much!

We had another wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Fort Myers Beach! The location is perfect—just a three-minute walk to the beach, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets each evening.The house is spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything needed to prepare full meals or even mix up a few piña coladas. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group to relax, and each guest enjoyed their comfortable bedroom and bedding.Paul and Alicia are exceptional hosts. They are responsive, easy to reach, and made us feel welcome with thoughtful treats upon our arrival. We rented one of their properties last year and chose to stay with them again because of the outstanding experience we had. Once again, they exceeded our expectations.Our group has already decided that our annual trip to Fort Myers Beach will always include staying at one of Paul and Alicia’s properties. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful home and an exceptional hosting experience!
