to the entrance from the living room, French doors in this bedroom open onto the spacious
lanai. Whether you slip out here in the morning with your coffee or in the evening with a
cocktail, you’ll appreciate the private access. The two other bedrooms are just as private and
comfortable.
In the living room, open the giant, three-door sliders and the inside and outside form one large
living space. The spacious lanai has a comfortable lounge area with chairs and a loveseat as well
as a dining area with seating for six. Take the rear stairs down to the patio with its grill, chairs,
and overhead light and fan.
The small front porch is perfect for watching or joining the local residents for their evening
ritual – a stroll to the beach to watch the sunset. This section of the beach is the best!
Uncrowded, perfect for swimming, shelling, and walking. It’s a twenty-minute walk to the town
center where there’s lots of action. Just a five minute walk to the Mound House Museum and
Calusa archeological site perched on San Carlos Bay. Take a kayak tour of the surrounding
islands.
It's just a few minutes by car to the Publix supermarket and two of the best/most fun
restaurants on Estero Island. The Mexican food truck and Pancake House are just a few minutes
away.
