We rented the property in the colder months of Florida that had a hot tub expecting to be able to use the hot tub our entire day. The hot tub was only 72° when we got there and didn’t heat up past 90 on Sunday we left on Monday there was no hot water in the master bedroom bathroom no hot water or water pressure in the bathroom downstairs off the garage showers had to be limited to a few minutes or you only had lukewarm water. The company is very specific on how they want you to manage their property while you stay there and how to clean it prior to you leaving or they will charge you but yet they’re not willing to have the amenities they list working properly while you’re there, we contacted the company within an hour of arriving on Friday only to get an email back the next day stating that in colder weather it takes longer for the hot tub to heat up. They knew we were going to be there Friday the hot tub should’ve been ready on Friday. No excuse poor management.
