The kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils, and bedspreads, towels, and starter toiletries are provided. A small coffee bar is ready for your next cup of Joe. Enjoy a private white sandy beach perfect for fishing or relaxing, along with amenities including a resort-style heated pool, grills, and private beach access. The apartment was super clean! I loved the pretty details in the apartment. The coffee nook was such a cute feature, even though we didn’t use it as we don’t drink coffee. I loved how friendly and quiet all the residents are. The beach is right by the building! It is quiet and calm. Hardly anyone there! The pool is clean and heated! I lost count of the dolphins we spotted from the balcony. I hope we can go back for the summer!

We really enjoyed our stay. Some suggestions: there was no information about the L-Tram The 410 runs right by the property. Fortunately our friends who live in Fort Myers mentioned it. It was our mode of transportation all week. Also maybe a binder of things to do, what eating establishments are available and other interesting things.

The condo was OK but there is very little storage for guest belongings and groceries Went to use the pull out sofa (there were 3 of us), had to vacuum all the food and hair from under the cushions and the sheet was stained. The sofa itself is very uncomfortable to sleep or sit on. There was only one chair on the balcony that was in good shape. I don't know if the others were bent but they rocked from side to side. Other than the couch being dirty everything else was clean. The complex itself was clean. Would stay at the complex again but not this unit due to the reasons stated above.

Nice property. Good location. New bridge being built so a noisy stay. Pool was wonderful. Property manager very god.
