Ready for a wonderful FLORIDA FAMILY FUN VACATION on FORT MYERS BEACH!!! We are excited to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.

Located on the south end of Estero Island, this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Island Vacation Condo at Casa Marina is on a canal leading out to Estero Bay. The Master Bedroom En Suite has a King Bed and private Lanai access. The Master bath includes a walk in shower. The Guest Bedroom at the opposite side of the condo has Two Twin Beds, and next door the guest bath includes a shower tub combo. There's plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a great night's rest in comfort (the property sleeps 4). The Living Area is nicely decorated, and this condo is a corner unit allowing for plenty of light to flow in. From your living room enjoy reading a book, watching a movie, or gathering with friends and family. The fully equipped Kitchen has everything you need for hosting your next dinner party. There's a lovely Breakfast Bar for two and a large Dining Table for six. The fabulous Screened in Lanai is your gateway to the outdoors and private enjoyment of our fresh beach air!

The Casa Marina complex is a beautifully maintained property that sits on the quiet, south end of the island surrounded by tropical landscaping and extra wide canals right at the entrance to the Bay. There's a Resort Sized Heated Pool and Sundeck that invites you to swim or just soak up the sun. New Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Court open for Casa Marina guests are located in The Commons area on Bay Beach Lane. Casa Marina Guests also have the benefit of a private Beach Access - just a short walk down Bay Beach Lane.

You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants at Santini Plaza are scheduled to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
