The conversation area flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining space, making it easy to gather and connect. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a cook could want, including ample cookware, dish ware, and utensils to effortlessly serve family and friends.

Relax by your pool oasis perfect for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach. The patio area offers ample seating for lounging dining alfresco or enjoying a drink in the warm Florida breeze. When renting this upper level unit the lower apartment shares the pool area. It is important to note that the lower apartment has full access and 3 sliding doors direct to the pool area. We set the pool heater temperature at 83°.



Important disclosure regarding pool heater: During Florida’s cold weather we cannot guarantee that a pool heater can keep up. Electric pool heaters do not run when outdoor air temperatures fall below 52°.

Guest Access:

This residence occupies the second and third levels of a beautifully remodeled duplex property. A smaller, separate apartment is located on the ground floor. Each unit is completely private, sharing no interior space—there are no connecting doors or stairways between them. Guests of this upper residence have exclusive access to all of the spaces described above, as well as the pool area and the right side of the driveway in front of the home, which provides parking for up to four vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

This residence is situated on a quiet and highly unique cul-de-sac street that borders Matanzas Pass Preserve. As a result, rather than finding yourself across from noisy neighbors when enjoying the pool you will find nothing but preserve between you and the beach! The island is rebuilding With restaurants and shopping reopening constantly, there are more experiences on island for guests to enjoy every week! There are also multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures.



Getting Around:

🚗 4 vehicle maximum parking 🛻

Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily. A tram should come by approximately every 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. It picks up and drops off at the corner of Bay Road and Estero next to the library. Another fantastic way to travel is to rent a bicycles or golf carts.
