Ideally located in the heart of the city, it is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, and a stone's throw from the main avenue lined with shops and restaurants. You will have access to all modern amenities, a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable space to rest.

New and bright studio of 30m²:

- Comfort area to rest in peace with a sofa bed "La Maison Convertible" (mattress 160x200 cm, 17 cm thick)
- Fully equipped kitchen at your disposal (large and small appliances)
- Convivial dining area for your gourmet moments
- Modern bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and WC
- Outdoor balcony for your sunny breakfasts (East facing)

Other information:

- Arrivals at the accommodation can be between 3 pm and 9 pm.
- Linen: you have the choice to bring your own bed and bath linen, or I can offer it as an option. Do not hesitate to contact me directly.
- Vehicle parking: at Fort-Mahon Plage parking is charged from 9 am to 7 pm, between April 1st and September 30th, as well as during all weekends in October. To facilitate your stay, I offer you a private parking option in a secure collective parking lot located 500m from the studio, at a preferential rate. Do not hesitate to contact me directly.

Studio état neuf très bien situé pour la plage

5 nuits pour profiter de la mer. Tout proche plage, beaucoup de restauration (restaurants mais aussi friterie excellente, crêperies, gaufres et chichis). En revanche, faire ses courses avant car il n'y a qu'un Carrefour contact, et il n'est pas tout près.
