Sejour front de mer

Emplacement très bien. Dommage que dans l annonce vous ne précisez pas que c est une entrée principale pour tout l immeuble qui donne dans une coure extérieure et qu il failles rentrer après dans la bonne cage d escalier. J ai loué exprès un RDC pour mes parents âgés et l ascenseur ne va pas au moins un. Donc obligé de prendre des escaliers. Pas facile pour eux!!. Le carrelage dans le séjour les joints se décollent et sont fêlés. A revoir vu le prix de la location !

emplacement sympa pour un appartement à la mer

Appartement très bien situé: en bout de la jetée mais pas loin des restaurants et activités. On y est à 5 minutes à pieds . Il est confortable et bien équipé. Nous avons également apprécié le parking privé réservé devant l'appartement. Adresse à connaître !

DOMMAGE !!!

Le gros problème de cet appartement est une propreté inacceptable . -Les galettes de protection des chaises du séjour étaient souillées ,ne donnant pas envie de s'assoir sur celles-ci. -L'intégralité de la vaisselle était dans une saleté innommable. -Les poignées et les différents appareils d'électroménager étaient recouverts d'une couche de graisse et de miettes. -Le supposé aspirateur nommé dans le descriptif de l'appartement ne disposait pas de sac pour son utilisation. -A notre arrivée,l'état des sanitaires était immonde ( Présence de poils de c.l sur la cuvette du WC ). Dommage par rapport à la situation idéale de cet appartement situé en face de la mer. Je pense que le prix de ce séjour n'est pas justifié au vu du manque de respect des vacanciers et je demande le remboursement d'une partie de mon séjour .
