The room was filthy and had a roach and spider infestation. The shower didn't have a shower head, the sheets were stained with hair on them.

This was the worst service in a hotel I’ve ever had. There was no amenities, no coffee maker in room or blow dryer. I was promised coffee in the lobby but there was done. There were no utensils in the kitchen. When I complained I was told everything was removed during Covid and it was a long term stay hotel. That doesn’t make sense. Long term stays have utensils since people often cook if they are staying for a long time. Covid has been over for a couple of years so isn’t it time to put things back. Other hotels have. When I told front desk staff I would complain. The response was go ahead. No customer service. This is a one to two star hotel at best!

No issues with the staff, but the room was in horrible conditions, furniture completely broken and pieces torn apart and hanging the smell in the hallways was nauseating. It was only an overnight stay left at 8am.

The stay was horrible and very ghetto random people walking around following you so much drug related activities one of the service guest employee by the name of Matthew gave another random person someone’s room number without there consent and I seen with my owe eyes once I checked and I left and the manager refused to reimburse me with my refund back when I asked for compensation he begin to get very rude and disrespectful and stated he wasn’t going to accommodate me with anything i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and I mean that and the most humblest way possible
