The window shades would not fully close, and the shower was not properly maintained. Overall, the room did not reflect proper upkeep. There was also no staff at reception after 6 PM, which made it difficult if assistance was needed. Given the high price we paid, it felt 2 stars (not 3), the overall level of the hotel was disappointing. That said, the receptionist we interacted with was very kind and helpful, and we truly appreciated her attitude.

Room was clean, large, with a mini-kitchen. Front-desk people were very helpful and welcoming. Location was further away from major tourist areas but this also meant it was quieter. A handful of dining options within a 3 minute walk, but note there's not really any breakfast options close by.
