The staff was great and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was great, but the layout is horrible. People were constantly standing in each others way because they were waiting for something to cook while others were simply trying to get plates or silverware. If the layout was rearranged, it would be fantastic. The pool and hot tub were nice to have but could use some cleaning. The best part is being so close to the beach and the Pier. There are a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

The location is great The room more of a one star. The photos online make it look way nicer than it is. As long as you don’t plan any time in the room it is fine. But there is zero seating. No chair or sofa, no coffee table. Only a tiny nightstand. It was a bed in a big empty room. It had the space for two chairs and a table or a sofa

Pros: Room was small, clean and efficient. The view from balcony was fantastic! Service staff, the best! Cons: no coffee in room, hair dryer was SLOW. The shower door could use a little more attention around bottom seal. We would definitely stay at the Tru again.

Small room, no closet, very thin bedding. Pictures look much nicer than what it is. Sat night live music until 11pm which all you heard is the constant loud bass. Next night, neighbors were very loud until after 2am. Not much to do in area and few restaurants. Only plus was beach is very short walk away. Breakfast was not edible. Only plus was the staff at the front desk was very nice. She just started working there and was very helpful.

Where do I start? I guess you get what you pay for. The room was small. No where to put your clothes, and one of us had to live out of our suitcase. Housekeeping didn’t make up the room 2 days out of six and we had to asked for fresh towels twice. Mattress was comfortable, pillows were too soft. Breakfast ends at 10am but don’t expect the coffee or food to be replenished after 9.45am. They just start to clear things then so you’ll be SOL at that time. Front desk was very good and the Pier 6 bar on the roof was great. A special shout out to Celina from behind the bar who was particularly impressive. A great location, close to the pier, beach and a lot of great restaurants. At best, mediocre.

The breakfast was ok, but not a lot of option. The room was dirty and not really inviting with footprints all over the walls. The shower wasn’t clean. We were short on towel pretty much everyday. Staff were friendly
