This should not be under the Hilton brand. It is to low end. Room had not closets, no glass, bed was terrible, sheets did not fit, clean every 2nd day. Breakfast was terrible, served on plastic. Waffle and pancake machines not working, Coffee tasted like crap. I understand this is a lower end, but this is way too low for a Hilton standard. Hilton is a brand I have used and trusted for years. If this is not the Hilton we expected. We will never stay at a Tru again. Staff was very good,

We enjoyed our stay, but the location is to be desired. There were a lot of shady characters hanging around the lobby and the lobby security had to keep kicking them out. We honstly didn't get out much as we were just there for an overnight stay. After a long day of flying, we were really excited to go for a swim, but the pool was freezing cold. Not sure if they just changed the water or what as other reviews online stated that the pool was heated. It was definetly not heated that night!

My wife and I were not able to get rest as there were drunk people next door and below my room pounding on our door and slamming there doors , I called for Security (as per the security guard) He told me he would ask them not to knock on my door and also to stop slamming the doors , he added that he had just encountered the group of people and that they were very drunk.and he had assisted them into there rooms. This all started at 11:00pm when they pounded on our room door and woke us up then at -12:30am and 2:20am. It continued until 4:00am I was offered to change my room the next morning although my wife was not willing to move all of our belongings At 8:00am as this would make us late for the wedding we were attending that morning. The offer to move rooms was good only for that time as I did explain this would make us late. The manager said he could only offer this at that time due to the cleaning of the room. This created a snowball effect for us that day as we were groggy and tired from lack of sleep. The second night was okay . I would truly appreciate a refund for the one night. Sincerely the Korbels
