We paid for a bigger family room for 6 nights, but were given a small basic apartment. Moreover, the manager told us that all rooms are the same. Our friends checked in the following day and they also paid for a family room, which was twice the size of our room. I tried to address it with the management and expedia, but I was ignored.

We got the deluxe apartment. The place is nice, spacious, with a full kitchen and lots of wardrobes. It has a weird jacuzzi / shower space, not recommended if you have mobility problems. Parking on site is tricky, after hours if your designated space was taken is difficult to get directions on what to do. The biggest downside for us were the curtains. They had an electric system that was broken, in addition to the fact the curtains themselves did not prevent the light to go through. Anyhow, we have a nice 4 day stay at this place. The person at the office (Will) is lovely.

Had to hunt for the office down the street to check in and get parking pass. Room was clean and new but bed was uncomfortable. Very large space, so not sure why they put in a Murphy bed when it could have been a regular bed for more comfort. Bathroom didn’t have a real door which made it a bit awkward for privacy. Nice windows but could not find a way to raise/lower the window shades, seemed like they needed a remote we didn’t have. Wanted to let some light in and could not. It was quiet at night even though we were very close to the boardwalk. We would have slept well if the mattress wasn’t rock hard.

The room was decent, not exactly what was advertised at all. I was annoyed with staff putting the onus on me to guard the parking lot from people parking illegally by placing cones when I left and also knocking on my door 15 minutes before check out reminding me of check out. I have never seen that in any hotel or bnb I’ve stayed at. Room was clean, etc
