The Space:

This compound consists of three units! Perfect for when you want to travel together but also need that space.



FRONT UNIT:

Has three bedrooms with a King bed and two queens. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa (updated Photos to come)



BACK UNIT:

Consists of two bedrooms which comes with a king bed and two queens as well as a twin that lays low to the ground(perfect for kids) the living room also has a large sofa that is very comfortable should you have a straggler come along.



SIDE UNIT:

One bedroom with a King and a twin trundle bed in the living room.



Whole family friendly, including your furry friends. Enjoy the private pool and backyard with corn hole, an outdoor grill and beach chairs when you're ready to hit the sand! It's really an incredible space to have to yourself.



Guest Access:

This property is completely private to you and your family. With 8 parking spaces you can easily fit up to 16 cars tandem.



The Neighborhood:

This treasure of Fort Lauderdale is perfect if you want to be close to the tourists spots but just far enough to feel like a local. Take a 5-7 minute walk to the beach or hope in your car and drive 10 minutes to Lauderdale by the sea, 15 Minutes to Las Olas and 5 minutes to the busiest part of Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Coral Ridge Mall is just a 5 minute drive where you will find Super Target, Publix, Home Goods, TJMax, Marshalls and more!



Getting Around:

I always suggest having a car in South Florida. Most things do need to be driven too. Or rent a golf cart if you want to live like a local!



Other Things to Note:

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property.



-Pool Heating $50 per day

-No parties

-No pets unless previously discussed

-No smoking

-No unregistered guests on the property

-Exterior cameras are located at the main entrance facing the parking lot and side gate entrance. NO CAMERAS ARE LOCATED IN YOUR UNIT OR FACING INTO YOUR UNIT.

-Our pools usually heat to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures with the max temperature set to 85 degrees. While FL is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Please keep this mind for your trip if booking during FL’s colder months. Thank you!

- Just a friendly heads-up regarding the pool heater. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to answer any questions before or during your stay.

GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
