There was no beach view My door didn't even lock I feel like it was being booby-trapped by some of the characters that were hanging out around the complex people sitting outside on chairs getting high was not a good environment for family they charged me $40 for parking. I paid an extra $20 for a couple extra hours for extended stay wish I was supposed to be out by 2:00 I came back to my room at 11:00 from the beach with my daughter and my room was locked we're both wet and towels so now we had to walk to the front of the building which was a block away and deal with the situation and to come to find out that the lady never put into the contract and extended stay of a few hours for the price that I paid so the guy told me I had 15 minutes to be out of my room with my 3-year-old daughter and myself after it just coming back from the beach

Photos of the property online appear to have been taken from a drone leading to believe it was an apartment unit located in a high rise building, and is not. The unit was very clean but housekeeping only showed one time my entire stay(5 days) with a new set of towels, never clean the unit, change the garbage or made our bed. Front desk never answered the phone, but they were professional and friendly when checking-in. Pool needs maintenance, pool water was somewhat dark, and pools are small. Location is optimal!

Honestly, one of the nastiest hotels I’ve ever stated. We pulled up later in the evening after a long drive checked in and had to pay an additional outrages fee for parking, including taxes and fees. The hotel room itself has dirt and sand on all the baseboards in the outlet covers, giving it nasty dirty vibes. Everything looks painted over and peeling. The pullout bed had rust on the mattress no joke literally rust on the mattress from the springs. When I went to the front desk to ask for an extra set sheets and a fold out bed they claimed they had the guy said they don’t have any and just walked away and left me standing there so I was not sure if I should just wait or leave. I left and luckily for me they ended up knocking on the door and giving me a set of sheets. The person said they don’t have extra fold out beds here even though that’s something they said online. Horrible wifi so nothing really works. They collect their 5 stars by a spinning wheel. Leave a 5 star, spin and get a free reward. Don’t waste your time,

Beware- we found bedbugs in the bed! I went to check on my daughter and found one on her pillow. An additional one was found when I pulled the sheets back.It’s a cheap stay near the beach but you get what you pay for. And over all the unit was not very clean. All they offered was a different unit so we had to drag our luggage down the street and around the corner. It was late and I had children so I did not want
