Please provide kleenex and extra towels. Overall everything was perfect and it feels home than hotel vibes. Cleaners were very friendly and polite. They let us leave our luggage prior to our check-in time.

I would never stay again. Could not get door code to work and having to stand in the rain for 30 minutes while we talked with someone on the phone was not ideal for first impressions. Had issues getting into the room because of the door locks and paid $40 more for a 2 hour early check in and the business still would not let us in till we snap shot where we paid the money. The loft unit had a dangerous staircase that u had to use all the time because the bathroom was upstairs. No lamps downstairs for lighting to watch TV. Furniture and accessories were all cheap and old. Would not recommend this hotel

The Jr. Suite was spacious and much better maintained, howere the AC was noisy and the unit was hot during periods of the night. The location is a perfect 5 minute walk from Broward Hospital so the area is perfect for us.

Location is perfect for my needs! Unit #8 has vent the blows cold air all night had to close the vent for relief but that was noisy. White Sheets and towels needs changing they are NOT clean, no wash cloths provided could not cast my Netflix to tv, unit # 8 did not register as option and previous guest account was still accessible. Ceiling over shower head is badly flaking and mildew on wall facing toilet.

Receiving the code was not timely after several calls with no answer i received a call back and the code verbally given. The white towels are not clean and should be checked before leaving them in the unit. Unit #6 maintenance concerns are: paint flaking on lower wall area in front of the toilet . Faucet near the toilet wont turn on unless faucet by door was on. More sound proofing is needed could hear the neighbors conversation. While i love this property i believe some grace should have been given considering i never received the access codes after 4pm and dont appreciate being locked out prior to 12 noon.

I stayed at this property for two nights, it was very easy to find with lots of parking available. Everything in the apartment was clean, modern and the A/C and shower worked fantastic and the common areas and property were neat, tidy and well maintained. The owners of this property responded to any questions or queries I had with lightning speed. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Lauderdale area, I will definitely stay here again!
