I have stayed on this property twice before. The unit I got the bathroom was sturdy. The pool was dirty in the water was slimy with lots of bugs. There were people smoking weed in the pool area in all around the property. They will allow music up to 4:30 in the morning. Very disappointing specially when you know that the staff it’s not going to do anything about it.

I booked a three night stay at the hotel it says check in is at 4pm I didn’t receive my check in instructions until almost 5pm. By the time I was able to check in I dropped off my luggage and it was time to take my son to practice upon returning the shower was full of termites and they were all on the bed it took about 30 minutes to reach someone then someone was sent out who do not speak English and was told to spray bug spray I ask to have my room switched a lady over the phone told me I couldn’t switch rooms until the next day I refused to wait so had to wait about 3 hours for another room and wasn’t even offered late check out terrible service I will never rent from them again

For such a low price this place is really nice. There was a few things that I can be picky and complain about but it wasn't really anything that mattered like the paint was peeling in the shower you can tell they use the wrong paint when they did the remodel. I couldn't take a bath because the drain plug was missing and they didn't have one to replace with. But these are really small minimal things that I don't think should have any bearing on somebody's review. All in all I had a really great time here while I was there they were doing a lot of remodeling fixing the place up to be nicer which some people could think impact their stay but to me I really appreciate the fact that they're putting all of the time and energy to make the place even better this also has no bearing on my review . the only negative thing that I can really say that might put a little bit of a bearing on my cleanliness review is the floor looked clean. And the place itself was definitely cleaned there wasn't dust anywhere but my feet definitely were black from walking on the floor long enough barefoot so they're probably wasn't a lot of mopping done when they cleaned up the room I would have done it myself but there wasn't an accessible mop I ended up just wearing socks so I just didn't care. If you're looking for a decent place that has a lot of space on a budget or just can't afford anything fancy this was a really good place to go

Property was under construction, it was hard to get into. The electronic lock did not work and the lock box worked but not properly. The area was a little sketchy, I could smell weed first thing in the morning and when I came back in the afternoon. But I would stay there again.

Lots of mold

Floors were filthy; within minutes of our stay my toddlers feet were black! The mattress on our bed was thin and uncomfortable (felt all the springs. My toddler began coughing throughout the night and I woke up with a sore throat, turns out the a/c was filled with mold. Our host sent someone to clean it, but it was still present afterwards. I noticed the shower was filled with mold as well. The unit wasn’t well taken care of and whoever they hire to clean doesn’t do a good job.

I have stayed with this company before in another area, they always respond quickly. I just didn't like that some people started to smoke weed in the pool area I don't know if they were allowed but maybe that should be banned.

Poor experience. Check in info wasnt provided 24 hrs, had to reach out for the info. All of the info had an address for the "Jasmine" the actual property was across the street. That was a surprise at 10 pm when we tried to get into our unit. When they finally figured out where we should be, staff member sent me property info showing we were staying at the "Victoria". I was very unhappy as at best its confusing and at worst intentionally deceptive. Spoke to manager Karen she said they use the same reservation system and both the properties are considered the "Jasmine." She didnt seem too concerned, didn't apologize and was not understanding that i was unhappy as everything they provided had a diff address and property name (how would we ever know we were dtsying across the street). Never even got into the other issues with Karen as it was clear she didnt care about our experience. Those issues are: floor was dirty and sandy upon check in, 2 of the 4 dining chairs were broken, little fabric square stools stained, remote for tv in living room missing, batteries dead for remote for bedroom tv, patio furniture removed from all units 2nd day of our stay, shower switches from burning hot to ice cold regardless of settings and sofa bed is not a traditional sofa bed but a weird sectional, trundle that is varying hardness that was extremely uncomfortable. It was disappointing and am surprised at all of the positive reviews. Only positive is the convenient location and parking.

They gave us an address on the reservation, the code did not work. When we reach them by phone it took over 20 minutes to be told that our appartment was across the street. At 10 pm after travelling all day, very upset, but the next day they apolagize.

This was our second stay at this property, and overall, it was another great experience. However, I do have one concern. During our visit, the room next to ours was undergoing renovations, and the construction crew began work at 7:30 AM. While I understand that maintenance and improvements are necessary, being woken up that early—especially with a two-hour time difference—was far from ideal during a vacation. After raising the issue with management, they informed us that there were no available rooms to relocate us but assured us that work would not begin before 9:00 AM on our final morning. Unfortunately, despite this assurance, the crew started making noise again at 7:45 AM. I contacted management immediately, and while they addressed the situation within 15 minutes, the disruption had already affected our morning. It would have been helpful to receive prior notice about the ongoing construction, as this was not communicated at the time of booking or check-in. Despite this issue, we will likely stay here again, but I will be sure to inquire about any scheduled renovations before our next visit.
