We enjoyed our stay the location was excellent the suite was very spacious. Very clean. Love, the fact it has a kitchen with stove especially when you have kids. We had few hiccoughs about housekeeping, but it was all sorted out. I noticed something about staff, they kind of annoyed when you ask questions and they have no patience to deal with customers for some reason. After all, we enjoyed our stay and we would stay again if we go to Fort Lauderdale. However, I would avoid interacting with staff in general as I know there system – procedure now so I won’t need to inquire about anything.

First front desk person was very nice. The late nice person was rude. Our ac is broken and they didn’t have our king bed room we reserved. Also the mini fridge wasn’t working. Bathroom was old and stained. Not sure why this place gets such great ratings

The hotel had a private event and we had little kids. (4) and (10). We had planned an early beach day the next day. HOWEVER, the party they had blasted music (Spanish) from 5pm until 10pm. Eat plugs did no good. It was so much base. We paid for ocean view for the experience. After talking to the desk twice. No help. All they offered us at first was free breakfast. Then waived resort fees. They ruined a whole day of fun because my daughter slept in all morning and was crying half the evening because daddy couldn’t get them to turn down the music. Horrible decision for them to put a young family in proximity to that. They couldn’t move us because hotel was full apparently. Yuck!!! Also no coffee options of quality on site.

Upon arrival we were upgraded. Natasha was so kind to do this. The hotel was not full since it was thanksgiving weekend. She didn’t have to do that, but I also wasn’t feeling well so it made such a difference on thanksgiving where I could lay in bed and sleep on and off watching tv while my husband watched football in the LR. This was our second stay here and we would come again. Lounges were included across the street at the beach which was very convenient.

One of the most beautiful room ever. Amazing location. Only thing is I though the EV charger was a “perk” of staying there but they charge to charge your car, on top of the valet charge. Besides that, great!

This was our first visit to this hotel Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and we were able to check in early. Our room was spacious and well appointed. We went down to the pool where the bar staff , Chaz, was attentive and helpful. The morning staff were excellent, specifically Natasha. She was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent. The only downside was on our checkout day where the staff at the front desk didn’t exhibit the same enthusiasm as the rest of the staff. We are glad that she was not our first point of contact when we first arrived. Overall I recommend this hotel. It was relaxing and just what we were looking for.
