⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Location & Friendly Stay at Tiana Inn We had a very enjoyable stay at Tiana Inn on Hollywood Beach. The biggest standout is the location—it’s incredibly convenient. We were less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and took a quick stroll to Ocean’s 13 for a great early dinner. Later that evening, we discovered the Candy Cane Parade was happening, and we grabbed a spot at Riptide to enjoy live music, drinks, and the parade. The views of the moon over the boardwalk and beach were beautiful. We loved that everything was walkable—no rideshare needed and we could fully enjoy the atmosphere. The inn itself is a bit outdated, yes, but still comfortable, quiet (other than some road noise), and very friendly. Our room was studio-style with a full fridge, stovetop, and sink, which was super convenient. They even provide beach chairs and towels—such a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was small and clean, but the lighting made it a bit hard to see in the mirror, and it could use a deeper clean. However, the bed was very comfortable and the room stayed cool throughout our stay. Overall, if you want an affordable, convenient spot close to everything on Hollywood Beach, Tiana Inn is a great choice. We’d definitely stay again!

This is an older hotel, and it's definitely showing its age. But the room was clean and comfortable. We were able to use one of the free parking spaces, but I think if the rooms had all been filled, we would have had to pay the $20 for overnight parking.

Nice budget beach stay

Nice low cost stay on the beach. Friendly staff with easy check in and check out. Rooms are clean but could use some renovations. Proximity to the beach is great, about 100 feet and you're on the sand. I would say the biggest drawback is lack of parking. The office provides a link to the city parking division where you can buy a parking pass for 24 hours to park on the street. My stay was off season in the summer, so not sure how that would work out in the season (winter months) as beach parking can be tight during the season.

I don’t know how to review the stay without being a monster. Our first afternoon, a staff member tried opening our door while we were taking a nap. We told her to wait a minute multiple times and she kept pounding on the door and trying to open it. My husband quickly woke up and threw shorts on to understand the emergency just to find out that she was asking us to move our car two feet forward just for convenience. We got over that, then the neighbors were up until 4 am yelling, swearing, walking around in heels or wooden Dutch clogs, running a blender, hitting the walls, and watching tv. We heard it all and there is no office to tell. We got about two hours of sleep. I knew it would be “no frills” as the advertisement said, but between the staff member trying to walk in, the noise, and the bed it just wasn’t an excellent experience.

My son and I stayed here before a trip down to the Keys, and we will definitely be back. The inn was in a perfect location one minute walk to the beach. Everybody was very friendly, room and property were very clean, spacious rooms and couldn’t ask for anything more!
