This is the second time that we've stayed at this hotel and both times our room smelled horribly of pet urine. The smell was so strong that it affected our sleep every night. I also did not feel safe having my children play or even sit on the floors in the room due to fears of it being unsanitary. Our two separate stays were two years apart and we thought for sure they would have addressed the smells after our first visit, but they clearly did not. However, what is probably the most disappointing part of all is that when we notified the staff on both occasions, the front desk just simply apologized. They did not make any effort to address our concern or make it right. It is such a shame because this hotel provides sleeping options that offer enough space to accommodate our entire family, which is hard to come by, but I do believe we will have to pass on this hotel in the future unless they make changes to the cleanliness of their rooms.
