We stayed two nights (between cruises). Clean room and bathroom with hot showers. Comfortable bed and pillows. TV worked great but navigating the channels is a bit difficult as many require a purchase. The kitchen had ample pans and knifes for cooking. There’s a large food store near the main intersection so we cooked a few meals. There was a problem with noisy neighbors and the police actually raided them but there were many nice cars in the parking lot so we still felt safe. Would stay again if we needed a night between cruises, close to Ft Lauderdale terminal.

The room was clean, and grounds maintained and good location, but a couple things that gave this review less stars. The air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep, maintenance? Or someone downstairs using power tools , and then being asked to move our car to replace the parking spots and ended up with no parking left that night even though we were charged per night to park.

The room was spotless. The staff was helpful and friendly. I did not find a can opener for my beans. There was a smell In the room that I did not like. I lit a candle. The swimming Pool was sparkly and clean. You are only allowed one parking spot. There is an outside grill by the pool, bicycles in the back to go exploring. Walking distance to grocery stores and BBQ place towards US 1.

Beds are comfortable and the property is in a quiet area. Room smelt a bit musty. Water pressure in bathroom sink was terrible, but toilet flushed and shower pressure was adequate. It would have been nice to have a full ice cube tray instead of an empty one, and basic coffee/tea/sugar milk would have been lovely. We came in late and missed having what we have come to expect as basic amenities.

First of all the housekeepers don't Clean the place good at all trash in the trash can refrigerator not clean also i had yo buy pots to cook in water in the bathroom gose down real slow Ac in the one room works when it want spend 28days there just because i couldn't get refunded i didnt leave and i couldn't wait to leave. Dog swimming in the pool i never get to get in.
Went to get potatoes out the bottom of frig and when I pull out the draw this is what was there

Move from 1 apartment with garage in the bottom of the trash can in kitchen and the same problem with the 2nd apartment I was moved to
